  • In Focus: The Avett Brothers Bring Old Memories, New Music to CMAC

    CMAC kicked off its summer concert season in a big way on Friday, May 24, with the much anticipated return by The Avett Brothers.  The Avett Brothers, who last performed at CMAC in 2019, were joined by Sierra Ferrell.  

    It has been a long road for The Avett Brothers, now in their 24th year together.  The North Carolina natives released their 11th studio album earlier this month, a self titled collection of ballads and rollicky folk-rock tracks which have helped the band build their passionate and devoted fanbase.

    The evening kicked off with a brilliant set by Sierra Ferrell.  Ferrell wasted no time getting the audience out of their seats and dancing along to her unique blend of folk and latin sounds.  Seth Avett joined Ferrell early in the set to duet on the Steven Fromholz classic “I’d Have to be Crazy”, much to the joy of those in attendance.  Ferrell closed out her set with the raucous “Fox Hunt”, which had the energy in the amphitheater boiling over like a pot of water.  

    After a short set change over, the Avett Brothers took the stage and wasted no time showcasing the beautiful harmonies fans have grown accustomed to. The band opened with an acapella duet between brothers Scott and Seth.  The sounds segued brilliantly in to the opening track, the beautiful ballad, “Never Apart” off the band’s latest release.  The band got the party moving next with the wild “Satan Pulls the Strings” which saw each band member taking a turn at the front of the stage to showcase their talents. 

    Through out the evening, the band brilliantly wove their new music with older fan favorites. The stunning new track “Cheap Coffee” held strong along side classic tracks like “Murder in the City”, “The Ballad of Love and Hate,” and “Laundry Room”.

    Late in the set, the brothers reminisced on their past performances in the area.  They spoke of their love for Canandaigua, and having vacationed there last year.  The two praised the audience for the love and devotion they have shown the band since day one, a love not always reciprocated by the media.  “Every night Seth says to me, ‘I love you, goodnight.’  We did not always get that from the media.  Some of them loathed us.  Some even compared us to muppets,” Scott proclaimed. With that, the stage lights dimmed on the band and a spotlight shone on ‘The Avetts’, a muppet version of the band, complete with their own instruments.  ‘The Avetts’ would perform two tracks (with the brothers performing stage left, out of the spotlight), offering a reminder to never take yourself too seriously.

    As the evening closed with the heartfelt “No Hard Feelings”, the band was met with a standing ovation, cheers, high fives and fist bumps. The message the audience sent back to the Avett Brothers was simple.

    “We love you, goodnight”.

    Grammy-nominated folk-rock band, The Avett Brothers, are kicking off CMAC’s 2024 season with their summer tour for the band’s brand new self-titled album released on May 17. Joining them as a guest is country and bluegrass artist Sierra Ferrell.

    Over the past 22 years as a band, the multi-platinum southern rock group led by Zac Brown have had five consecutive #1 albums on Billboard’s Country Albums Chart and won three GRAMMY awards including Best New Artist, Best Country Collaboration with Vocals, and Best Country Album. After releasing their new live album From The Road, Vol. 1: Covers and two new singles, the band will bring plenty of music, new and old, to CMAC.

    Former member of The Allman Brothers Band, The Dead, and founding member of Gov’t Mule, Warren Haynes is bringing the Now Is The Time tour to CMAC this summer featuring the Warren Haynes Band and The Dreams and Songs Symphonic Experience

    Goose is a five-piece jam band hailing from Connecticut with clear influences from Phish and The Grateful Dead. Taking their 2024 summer tour on the road to support their latest album Ted Tapes 2024, the band will bring a slew of energetic music to Canandaigua.

    Carrie Underwood- June 21 at 7:30 PM

    Returning to the stage after last summer’s U.S. arena tour, multi-faceted country star Carrie Underwood, known for songs such as “Before He Cheats” and “Jesus Take the Wheel,” is making a stop at CMAC while on a break from her Las Vegas residency REFLECTION.

    Brandi Carlile– June 29 at 7:30 PM

    Nine-time GRAMMY winner Brandi Carlile returns to CMAC during a small tour of East Coast shows in June. She will be joined by her long-time collaborators, The Hanseroth Twins, who have played alongside her throughout her career. In recent years, she has worked closely with legends such as Joni Mitchell, Tanya Tucker, and Elton John.

    Norah Jones- July 5 at 7:30 PM

    Embarking on her North America Visions Tour 2024, nine-time GRAMMY winner, Norah Jones, is coming to CMAC in support of her new album Visions, released in March. With her, she brings the legendary soul singer Mavis Staples as her guest.

    Jason Mraz & The Superband- July 10 at 7:30 PM

    Singer-songwriter Jason Mraz, whose 2008 song “I’m Yours” put him on the radar, is continuing his tour, The Mystical Magical Rhythmical Radical Ride this summer, supporting his 2023 album of the same name. The alt-pop band Ripe will join the tour as a guest.

    Chart-topping country artist Sam Hunt, who can be recognized by his 2017 hit “Body Like A Back Road” is returning to the CMAC lineup while on tour for his new EP, Locked Up. He will be accompanied at CMAC by special guests and fellow country musicians Tyler Hubbard of Florida Georgia Line and Dalton Dover.

    Tedeschi Trucks Band– August 16 at 7 PM

    The 12-piece rock and soul group led by husband and wife Derek Trucks and Susan Tedeschi are returning to CMAC on their Deuces Wild 2024 tour, where country singer-songwriter Margo Price will join as their guest performer.

  • Geneva Music Festival Gears up for 14th Season

    The Geneva Music Festival is gearing up for a stunning new concert season from May 18 to June 9, with artists old and new, a special “musical mixology” evening, and free community outreach events.

    The Festival theme for this year is “Light/Dark”, an exploration in contrasts. While some concerts will use the theme literally, featuring pieces inspired by times of day; others will play with it figuratively, using contrasting pairs such as love and hate, or peace and war. 

    The Geneva Music Festival was founded in 2011 by Geneva, New York violinist Geoffrey Herd as a weekend of chamber music in his hometown. The festival has grown over fourteen years to a nearly month-long event that draws thousands of attendees from across the Finger Lakes region. Each year, the Festival continues its mission of inspiring people with world-class chamber music and engaging diverse audiences in its outreach programs.

    Artists-in-residence will be joined by several talented musicians participating in the Festival for the first time. Fusion ensemble Biriba Union will kick off the season at local winery Ravines on May 19 with a tantalizing synthesis of Brazilian beats, bluegrass, jazz, classical, hip-hop, funk, and pop. Also new to the Geneva Music Festival are the storied Brentano String Quartet, performing May 30 at the Gearan Center; and the Kate McGarry and Keith Ganz Ensemble, who will wow listeners with enchanting jazz vocals at the Cracker Factory on June 2.

    Not to be missed this season is the first-ever “Musical Mixology” night at the Linden Social Club. An immersive experience, the evening will pair each of four pieces of live music with a bespoke drink and a small plate.  

    In addition to ticketed events, the Geneva Music Festival also engages in a wide array of community outreach events, visiting local schools, and the Boys and Girls Club, and offering free concerts for the community at the Geneva Public Library (May 29, 5:30 pm) and the Geneva Welcome Center (June 4, 8:15 pm) 

    With artists new and old, inventive concert venues, and exceptional musicianship, this concert season’s cycles of light and dark in music renditions promise to be the best yet.

  • Orchestra of the Southern Finger Lakes Announces “A Grand Gershwin Celebration” Concert 

    Orchestra of the Southern Finger Lakes has announced its season finale concert, “A Grand Gershwin Celebration” which will take place on May 11 at the Clemens Center in Elmira, NY.

    The series finale concert will feature a stellar line up of soloists including Lynnesha Crump on soprano, Fred Redd on baritone, and Bryan Pezzone on piano, and also feature  music from the highly requested Porgy & Bess. In Addition, the soloists will be holding master classes for students and the public on May 9 on piano and May 10 on vocal, fans can sign up for the email newsletter to be notified when details are available. 

    As a part of the education infusion initiative, the OSFL will also hold two events for the general public to “Meet the Soloists” on May 9 at 1:00 PM. The consummate crossover pianist, Bryan Pezzone will give an engaging presentation about his diverse career path including his Hollywood gigs recording major films (Disney movies, WB cartoons, AAA games, Harry Potter, Frozen, Star Wars and hundreds more). At the piano, Pezzone will also demonstrate his fusion of jazz, classical, modern and more, including improvisation across genres. This event will be hosted at Corning Painted Post High School. Visitors should RSVP in advance at OSFL.org and arrive early to sign in at the school office.

    In addition, a vocal master class will be led by Fredrick Redd on Friday, May 10 at 4:00-5:30 at North Presbyterian Church at 921 College Ave., Elmira. An engineer, triathlete and “compelling vocal actor” (London’s Opera Now), Redd has performed principal roles with opera companies throughout the US and made his New York City Opera debut in the Emmy-nominated Porgy & Bess performances. Both events are free to attend.

  • The Orchestra of the Southern Finger Lakes Announces Principal Strings Show This Spring 

    The Orchestra of the Southern Finger Lakes will return for its fourth concert in the OSFL Musicians’ Choice Chamber Series “OSFL Principal Strings” hosted at the Park Church in Elmira on April 26.

    After performing “Music With Friends” last fall, the Orchestra of the Southern Finger Lakes will perform their fourth concert in the OSFL Musicians’ Choice Chamber Series “OSFL Principal Strings”. The concert will be performed by Quartetto Masuno– five principal musicians from the Orchestra of the Southern Finger Lakes. With the concert kicking off on April 26, the OSFL has also announce that there will be a pre-concert reception including a wine tasting by Lakewood Vineyards for early arrivers.

    Led by OSFL Concertmaster Augusto Diemecke, Quartetto Masuno signifies “quartet plus one” coming together as a whole in unity. When sharing news about the concert, Augusto described the epitome of string quartet  experience “is to play together as one”. Attending audience will witness that effect as the group performs two iconic chamber music pieces by Franz Schubert.

    Along with concertmaster Diemecke, the stellar lineup of virtuosic musicians from the OSFL will include assistant concertmaster Debrah Devine, assistant principal Viola Joanne Lowe, principal cello Christine Lowe-Diemecke, and assistant principal cello S. Shade Zajac. Together, they will breathe life into two timeless masterpieces by Franz Schubert, immersing audiences in the rich tapestry of the chamber music tradition. Audiences will be captivated by Schubert’s iconic String Quartet No. 14, famously known as “Death and the Maiden,” a cornerstone of the chamber music repertoire revered for its emotional depth and evocative, haunting melodies. 

    Additionally, the ensemble will showcase Schubert’s majestic Cello Quintet in C Major, a crowning achievement of the composer’s illustrious but all too short career, ushering in the early romantic era. With its rich harmonies and emotive melodies, this quintet which was composed for two violins, viola, and two cellos, promises to take listeners on a journey of profound emotional depth mixed with artistic expression.

    Starting at 6:30, concertgoers will be invited to indulge their senses and savor the flavors of the region with a pre-concert wine tasting by Lakewood Vineyards. The tasting will set the stage for a delightful evening of cultural enrichment and musical immersion at the historical Park Church. Fans are encouraged to not miss this extraordinary opportunity to experience the transformative power of live chamber music where passion, precision, and unparalleled artistry unite to create an unforgettable evening of chamber music. 

    Following the tradition of the Musicians’ Choice Chamber Music Series, oral program notes will be given by the musicians interspersed throughout the performance. The short format program which is approximately 75 minutes is presented in an intimate, relaxed setting without intermission.

  • Geneva Jazz Festival Returns April 4-7

    The second annual Geneva Jazz Festival returns April 4-7, featuring 20 performances at nine venues over four days.

    The Geneva Jazz Festival is held in Geneva, known for innovation and forward-thinking businesses. It is the gateway to the Finger Lakes, providing access to historical landmarks, natural beauties, wineries, breweries, food, shopping, and more.

    The festival honors the late Scott LaFaro, who grew up in Geneva. At 18, he started learning to play the double bass. In 1961 he was killed in a car accident at age 25. He became the most influential jazz bassist ever after his performance with Stan Getz at the Newport Jazz Festival and subsequent recordings with the Bill Evans Trio, which still impacts jazz today.

    The nine headline concerts are hosted at the historic Club 86, featuring a high-fidelity sound system by George’s Pro Audio for an immersive jazz experience. These performances represent some of the finest jazz musicians working and creating in New York State. Evening concerts on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday – plus matinee shows on Saturday and Sunday.

    On the opening night on April 4, the festival celebrates women in jazz at the historic Club 86. Trombonist and vocalist Melissa Gardiner brings her organ trio MG3 (8 PM), with singer Vanessa Vacanti & Jazz Mafia (6 PM) and saxophonist Ellen Pieroni & Encyclopedia of Soul (4 PM) performing. There also is a free concert at Ventosa Vineyards with Annie Wells Trio featuring Mike Kaupa (5 PM) and the free FLIMA Open Jazz Jam at 10 p.m.

    On Friday, April 5, The Ryan Johnson Project performs at 2 p.m. It has become a known name in the music industry, featuring informed, professional, outgoing attitudes, and beautifully written pieces of music that have caught the ears of many worldwide. Ryan and his group have played with, opened for, and collaborated with artists such as Cabo Frio, Chuck Mangione, Maynard Ferguson, Soulive, Sharon Jones, Gary Clark Jr., and Robert Randolph.

    At 4:30 p.m., The Mellow Warblers perform playful renditions of jazz standards and deviations – setting the perfect mood with an ever-mellow attitude. At 5, The Craig Snyder Trio plays a wide variety of jazz-rock material steeped in groove, ensemble unity, and melodic soloing. The Rochester band is fronted by veteran guitarist, teacher, and composer Craig S Snyder. Others include Tony Hiler + Giancarlo, A Tribute to Sam Venuti, Mike Melito Quartet, and the free FLIMA Open Jazz Jam.

    On Saturday, April 6, the Greg Lofaro Quartet begins the day at 1 p.m., with the Mike Titlebaum Quartet preceding. Mike directs the jazz studies program at the Ithaca College School of Music, teaching jazz saxophone, arranging, improvisation, and theory. Before teaching, he lived in New York City where he played at the Blue Note, Smalls, Augies, Fez/Time Café, and the legendary CBGB’s. He has performed with dozens of internationally recognized artists and groups including John Hollenbeck, Gary Versace, Branford Marsalis, Jason Robert Brown, the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, the Binghamton Philharmonic Orchestra, and more.

    At 3 p.m., the Banjo Juice Jazz band performs an eclectic blend of vintage blues, jazz, and swing. Founded by bandleader, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Tyler Westcott in 2017, the group features musicians from many notable bands. At 4:30, the Swordfish Trio brings a soulful, blues-infused, and high-energy improv experience that takes you on a journey from tight riffs and funky Afrobeat grooves to soulful jazz and subtle bass virtuosity.

    At 8, the Bill Tiberio Sextet performs. In his 40th year as a music educator, he has been a band director at Fairport (NY) High School for 36 years, directing two concert bands and three jazz ensembles, and is also an adjunct faculty member at the Eastman Community Music School – directing the Educator Wind Ensemble and Jazz Ensemble and a high school wind ensemble camp. He is an active saxophonist and clarinetist in the Rochester music scene and has recorded four albums with his contemporary jazz quintet, the Bill Tiberio Band. 

    The final day begins early at 11 a.m. with the Evan Dobbins Quartet feat. Bill Dobbins. At noon, the Dave Solazzo Duo plays modern interpretations of jazz standards and original compositions in the spirit of Oscar Peterson, Keith Jarrett, and Brad Mehldau. Dave Solazzo has been a mainstay of Central New York’s music scene for over two decades, working with artists from a wide mix of genres – jazz, fusion, R&B, and beyond.

    At 2 p.m., Dennis Winge + John Viavattine perform, with the Nancy Kelly Quartet following. Over her 40-plus-year career, Nancy Kelly has perfected her signature swing/bop take in front of audiences all over the U.S.A. and abroad. She performs regularly in New York City, including at The Blue Note and Birdland, The Rainbow Room, and Dizzy’s Jazz Club, Lincoln Center. Finally, at 6 p.m., The Pickle Mafia, a dynamic trio from New York, performs their unique brand of Arena Jazz Fusion. The visual appeal the band brings to audiences across the globe is an important element that adds to their musical artistry.

  • Skaneateles Festival Celebrates 45 Years This Summer with Diverse Lineup

    The Skaneateles Festival is celebrating 45 years this summer from July 31 through August 24, 2024, featuring an incredible variety of concerts from jazz to classical to bluegrass.

    The season includes 14 main series concerts, two KidsFest performances, a free music lecture series with Juilliard professor Aaron Wunsch, and several community outreach performances.

    Skaneateles Festival

    The idea for the Skaneateles Festival came together in the spring of 1980 in discussions between musician Lindsay Groves and Skaneateles residents Beth Boudreau and Louise Robinson. The first season, two weeks, was presented that August in the village’s Library Hall. The generous David and Louise Robinson opened their home, Brook Farm, which soon became the Festival’s center.

    At Brook Farm, musicians would live, eat, rehearse, relax, and perform, all because of the Robinsons’ hospitality – which extended to the thousands of concertgoers who sat under the stars and listened to music on Saturday evenings for the first 36 years of the festival. Its mission is to be one of the nation’s outstanding summer music festivals, set in the beauty of the Finger Lakes region.

    Concert evenings at the picturesque Robinson Pavilion offer stunning lake views and are situated at Anyela’s Vineyards, taking place on Friday, August 2, and Saturdays, August 10, 17, and 24. Opening the first vineyard concert of the season is renowned musician Rhiannon Giddens. A two-time GRAMMY winner and recipient of the prestigious MacArthur ‘Genius’ grant, Giddens is known for her iconic folk music and efforts to spotlight overlooked contributions to American musical history. 

    Skaneateles Festival

    During week two, the festival proudly welcomes Syrian clarinetist Kinan Azmeh and invites audience members to grab a glass of wine and bring a picnic for Beethoven Under the Stars. Appearing at the Festival for the first time on August 17 is Chris Thile – a GRAMMY Award-winning mandolinist, singer, and songwriter. Thile is a highly regarded musician celebrated for his mastery of the mandolin and innovative approach to bluegrass, folk, and classical music. 

    The Festival Finale features the highly anticipated return of the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis on August 24.

    For concerts at the vineyards, audiences are welcome to arrive as early as 6:00 pm and bring picnic dinners to enjoy on the lawn overlooking the lake. Wine and beer will be available at Anyela’s Vineyards; outside alcohol is not. On August 3, the Skaneateles Festival presents its largest-ever orchestral concert at one of the area’s high schools. The program, Music of the Americas, features colorful music from North and South America, including Alberto Ginastera’s Harp Concerto featuring Bridget Kibbey, Gabriela Lena Frank’s celebration of Inca warriors, and music by Aaron Copland and Gershwin’s beloved Rhapsody in Blue.

    This season’s outreach initiative, “Searching for Home” invites performers, composers, and audiences to reflect on the nature of home and consider what it means to those who must search out a new one. It will highlight performers, composers, and musical traditions from those who resettled in Central New York: Syrians, Somalians, Afghans, and Ukrainians. The outreach initiative will include free performances open to the public between Syracuse and Auburn.

    Chamber concerts at the First Presbyterian Church (97 East Genesee Street, Skaneateles) are performed on Thursday and Friday nights (except August 2). Two celebratory opening concerts at the church will feature favorite musicians from the festival’s past, including violinist Joe Genualdi, cellists Steven Doane and Rosemary Elliott, and pianist Andrew Russo.

    Violinist James Ehne will make his Festival debut on August 1 with pianist Andrew Armstrong. He is one of the most sought-after violinists in the world, performing regularly with leading orchestras, and recently won a GRAMMY Award for Best Classical Instrumental Solo. 

    The Dover Quartet will perform on August 8 and 9. August 8 will bring together two dearly beloved string quartets and August 9 presents a premiere performance of a new collaboration between bass-baritone Davóne Tines and the quartet where they will explore spirituality and mysticism through varied cultural lenses. The Claremont Trio takes the stage on August 15 and 16 performing a new work by Kinan Azmeh, commissioned by the Skaneateles Festival, and a “Queen of Hearts” program which will highlight regal trios by Fanny Mendelssohn-Hensel.

    The Westerlies debut at the Festival on August 22, joined by the young violinist-fiddler, George Meyer. Together they’ll present Songbook – music of John Prine, Randy Newman, Woody Guthrie, spirituals by the famous Golden Gate Quartet, and more.

    The final week highlights this year’s Young Artist in Residence, the Ivalas Quartet – the current graduate quartet-in-residence at The Juilliard School. There will be several free outreach performances from the quartet and a ticketed evening concert by candlelight on August 23.

    Tickets range from $32-70 for adults based on concert and seating choice. Youth under 18 are free in Section B (lawn). College students may purchase $10 student tickets at the door of the concert. Season Passes are on sale now. Week Passes and Vineyard Passes go on sale Monday, April 1, and individual tickets go on sale May 1.

  • Umphrey’s McGee Adds Lincoln Hill Farms to Summer Touring Schedule

    Midwest jam band mavens Umphrey’s McGee has recently announced some additional dates for this year’s summer tour. Included among these is a stop at Lincoln Hill Farms in Canandaigua, NY on July 7. The tour will also see the band finally “check off” and play in South Dakota for the first time ever.

    It will also be the first time Umphrey’s McGee plays at Lincoln Hill Farms, the family-owned and operated farm and venue situated on almost 100 acres of in the Canandaigua countryside. In addition to their Western New York stop, the summer tour will also feature stops in Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Maine.

    Umphrey’s then heads back out west for rare Pacific Coast summer dates with a handful of co-bills with Blues Traveler starting July 16. Pre-sale (for most dates) is Wednesday, March 20 at 10:00 am local time using code firstpitch.

  • Geneva Music Festival Celebrates International Women’s Day With Spring Benefit Concert 

    Women have made many contributions to classical music as both composers and performers, yet their work often receives far less attention compared to their male counterparts. This spring, the Geneva Music Festival will host its annual Spring Benefit Concert and silent action on International Women’s Day, with a program that spotlights these oft-forgotten contributors to classical music.

    The Geneva Music Festival was founded in 2011 by Geneva, New York violinist Geoffrey Herd as a weekend of chamber music in his hometown. Now in its 14th season, the festival has grown to a nearly month-long event that draws thousands of attendees from across the Finger Lakes region. Each year, the Festival continues its mission of inspiring people with world-class chamber music and engaging diverse audiences in its outreach programs.

    On March 8, the Carr-Petrova Duo will perform a concert featuring works for viola and piano by female composers in Froelich Hall on the Hobart and William Smith Campuses.

    The concert program, entitled “HERS” is a collaboration of pianist Anna Petrova and violist Molly Carr. Playing together since their student days, they subsequently formed a duo and have traveled the world. Petrova said, “When one creates this kind of partnership, the most important and compelling thing is the musical partnership and the personal partnership. We’d played with many other people before, but she and I just clicked on a musical and personal level very well; it was a natural fit.”

    Synthesis and serendipity are the themes behind many of the pieces on the program. Composer Vivian Fung created a piece based on the music of Hildegard Von Bingen, which had its debut during the pandemic, with musicians recording their individual parts remotely and then sending the recordings to be compiled together. Carr and Petrova reached out nearly simultaneously to ask Fung about crafting a piece based on Von Bingen’s work, and Fung rearranged her orchestral piece for viola and piano. “It was serendipitous, meant to be,” said Petrova. 

    “Andrea Casarrubios’s piece was commissioned in 2021 and we approached Vivian Fung during the pandemic as we started brainstorming composers we wanted to play. Molly was the one who started to forge the idea of all female composers, and it all started to come together into a program.” “HERS” came out of this organic synthesis between friends.” 

    The last piece on the program is a “staple of the viola repertoire and a very beautiful piece of chamber music. It forged the path of the viola becoming a solo instrument; with pieces like the Clark sonata, the viola was seen as an instrument that can take the spotlight.” While it’s more common to find duos written for piano and violin, Petrova and Carr believe the viola has much to offer. “In terms of playing with the instrument, I really love the viola, its color and voice. It has an almost human voice, very heartfelt and visceral. I’ve never felt like I’m giving up something.” 

    “’HERS’ is something that we’ve pieced together for a few years now. During the pandemic we actually lived together for about nine months; during those nine months we took a road trip and in the car we were enjoying singing together all our favorite songs. Beyonce’s ‘Halo’ was one of the songs we really loved and the idea of commissioning a piece inspired by that song came up. We really wanted to play something from the pop genre that was different from the usual classical repertoire, but that could still stand its ground on the classical stage. That is how ‘Halo’ was created – with the incredible imagination and compositional skills of Brazilian jazz pianist and composer Henrique Eisenman who weaved a beautiful fantasy on a theme by Beyonce.

    Blues rock powerhouse Tedeschi Trucks Band have announced the “Deuces Wild” Summer tour which begins February and wraps up in October. The tour sees multiple dates across New York State. The band has recently added several new shows for this summer and fall.

    Tedeschi Trucks Summer tour will begin on the west coast and make its way east as the tour progresses. Fans can expect to see dates in Saratoga, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Port Chester, and Bethel, along with a few other dates in the Empire State.

    The band’s upcoming tour will feature special guests Little Feat, Margo Price, and Greensky Bluegrass on select dates with shows in Bethel (8/25), Philadelphia (8/28), and Saratoga Springs (8/30-31) having three acts on the bill.
