The tour, with their special guest Charlie Sexton, includes a stop at the Beacon Theatre in New York, NY, and the Landmark Theatre in Syracuse.

The “We’re All Going On A Summer Holiday” dates will follow two headlining appearances at the Byron Bay Bluesfest in Australia, three nights at the Sydney Opera House and a show at the Palais Theatre in Melbourne. In May, Costello and Steve Nieve will return to the concert hall stage together for the first time in twenty years, in Reykjavik, Iceland.

  • Jerry Seinfeld to Celebrate 100th Performance at The Beacon Theatre

What’s the deal with Jerry Seinfeld’s 7 p.m. stand-up comedy show on April 8? Well, this evening will be Seinfeld’s 100th show at The Beacon Theatre in Manhattan. The comic already holds the record for most comedy shows at the theater, thanks to the residency he began in 2016.

Though he is most known for the success of his show “Seinfeld,” Jerry Seinfeld recently released his third book, “Is This Anything?” His new book is a compilation of every bit he wrote and performed since 1975, interspersed by scenes, memories and analysis of each era of his comedy career. Seinfeld’s comedy draws from common mundane activities and finds the absurdity in each, making it widely relatable and light-hearted.

The Beacon feels like home at this point. This is the place for comedy in NYC, and to do 100 shows here as part of this residency is an honor and a testament to the incredible fans who have been selling this place out since we started in 2016.

    Jerry Seinfeld

As is clearly seen in “Seinfeld,” Jerry Seinfeld is a native New Yorker and the city has often acted as his muse — prompting jokes and entire plot lines inspired by events he witnessed participating in daily life in NYC. Seinfeld has become an institution in New York, making this historical achievement at an even older and more established New York institution, The Beacon Theatre, fitting.

Since the final episode of Seinfeld aired in 1998, Seinfeld himself has continued to have a successful and prolific career in comedy. In addition to his many solo comedy specials and stand-up shows on both national and international stages,  Seinfeld started his web series “Comedians in Cars getting Coffee” in 2012. The show went on to host such high profile guests as President Barack Obama, and it was nominated for numerous Emmy awards and was picked up by Netflix in 2017.

Limited tickets remain for Seinfeld’s 100th show and tickets start at $115. Fans of Seinfeld or Seinfeld can buy them here.

The seventh annual Love Rocks benefit show for God’s Love We Deliver will be live and streamed online from the Beacon Theatre on March 9, featuring artists like James Taylor, John Mayer Trio, Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo, and many more.

Love Rocks NYC launched in 2017, and has since raised more than $25 million to date and helped fund more than 2.5 million meals for New Yorkers in need. The benefit concert highlights God’s Love We Deliver’s mission of providing meals and nutrition counseling for people in the New York Metropolitan area living with severe illness. The not-for-profit was founded in 1985 as a response to the AIDS pandemic, now serving people living with more than 200 different diagnoses, home-delivering more than 3.3 million medically tailored meals to more than 10,500 individuals last year.

Executive produced by iconic international fashion designer John Varvatos, NYC Douglas Elliman real estate broker and prominent concert producer Greg Williamson and esteemed concert/events producer Nicole Rechter, and featuring appearances by Stephen Colbert, Andy Cohen, Chevy Chase, Phoebe Robinson, and newly added special guests Gina Gershon, David Burtka and Neil Patrick Harris, the concert will support and honor the work of the cherished New York-based not-for-profit

The past six benefit concerts have featured a wide array of music including Cyndi Lauper, Keith Richards, Jon Bon Jovi, Dave Matthews, Robert Plant, Joe Walsh, Sara Bareilles, Hozier, and more. This year’s all-star lineup, led by Music Director and Band Leader Will Lee will feature James Taylor, John Mayer Trio, Sheryl Crow, Mavis Staples, Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo, St. Vincent, Rufus Wainwright, Jim James, Stephen Marley, Gary Clark Jr., Allison Russell, The War and Treaty, Bernie Williams and more to be announced.

The outstanding house band will include Steve Gadd (James Taylor, Eric Clapton), Shawn Pelton (Saturday Night Live), Larry Campbell (Levon Helm, Bob Dylan), Eric Krasno (Soulive, Phil Lesh & Friends), Pedrito Martinez (Bruce Springsteen, Sting, Camila Cabello), Michael Bearden (Lady Gaga) and a six-piece horn section.

Fans in NYC and elsewhere can experience this memorable night of music by signing up here, and for a $20 fee will be able to access a live stream link to the concert via Fans.Live while also helping support the organization as $20 = 2 Meals for New Yorkers living with severe and chronic illness.

Founded in 1969, the Allman Brothers Band created a new genre of American music, which was an amalgamation of blues, R&B, country and jazz . The band was not only a groundbreaking force in music, but a component of the Civil Rights Movement of the late-60s. Composed of five white hippies and one African American, the Allman Brothers Band made quite a social impact in their home base of Macon GA.

Brothers and Sisters, the fourth album released by the iconic Allman Brothers Band, sold over seven million copies worldwide. “Ramblin’ Man” became the band’s first and only hit single, peaking at number two on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1973. The album represented the Allmans’ commercial peak.

Combined with their family-based lifestyle, the Allman Brothers Band spread a message of peace, love and acceptance. That message is the core of the Allman Brothers Band Big House Foundation’s objectives. The Foundation provides music programs for schools that are sorely lacking in funding for the arts. The Foundation also hosts workshops and lectures on civil rights and equality through music.

A portion of the proceeds to benefit the Big House Foundation in Macon, GA.
