On September 11, famed bass-guitarist Tommy Stinson will be performing with his latest rock ensemble, Cowboys in the Campfire. The longtime bass-guitarist for pioneering alternative rock group, The Replacements<\/a>, and hard-rock group, Guns N\u2019 Roses<\/a>, has now partnered with steel player, Chip Roberts. The duo<\/a> is working on an album set to be released later this year, but first, they will host a benefit concert to raise awareness for an organization that is not only near-and-dear to Tommy Stinson\u2019s heart, but one that sees his daughter as an active participant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perfect Ten Hudson<\/a> is an after-school program that benefits girls between the ages of 8-18. They are an independent non-profit organization committed to building respect, dignity, fairness, caring, equality and self-esteem with respect to the diverse life challenges of each girl. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This free performance will be held at The Park Theater in Hudson<\/a>, NY at 723 Warren St., on September 11, beginning at 7PM. Donations will be encouraged at the show where concert goers can also purchase signed posters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
