Enrique Iglesias and Ricky Martin will kick off on September 25th, the 26-date tour will begin in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, and wrap up on November 20th, at the Anaheim Honda Center. Iglesias and Martin have created notable solo pop and Latin music careers, combining forces as well as bringing in special guest, Sebastian Yatra, to create an incredibly fun, yet safe, live show experience.
To say we are going on tour has lifted all of our spirits after the profoundly difficult year the world has gone through and still is. Myself and my entire crew are very excited to bring our best live show safely all over the U.S. and Canada, and let the music bring the healing power and happiness that we all need. I’m also ecstatic to be sharing the stage with my friends Enrique Iglesias and Sebastián Yatra, it’s going to be a blast. Can’t wait! See you all very soon. Get ready to party!

A year after Joe Bonamassa’s iconic live-streamed performance at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN, Now Serving: Royal Tea Live From the Ryman will release just in time to kick off summer.
Included are 12 live tracks from one of today’s most well-known blues guitarist, Joe Bonamassa, and is set for release on June 11th. The live album will also feature unreleased versions of songs from Bonamassa’s 24th #1 album, Royal Tea.
Joe Bonamassa is no stranger to finding creative ways to engage his audience, especially with the restrictions put on the live touring industry by the COVID-19 pandemic. Last year, he put together a special one-night-only show at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN to be live-streamed to fans across the globe. Now remixed and mastered for physical release, the DVD includes an introduction narrated by Jeff Daniels.
I have always wanted to film a show at the legendary Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. Our band has had the honor of playing there now 8 1/2 times over the past 10 years. The audience is always alive and electric, hanging on every word and phrase. It feels like the greatest, most intimate gig you will ever do but there are 2,300 people sharing this joy and musical journey.
I love the place as it is a national treasure and selfishly close to my house. Here’s where I get to the 1/2 part. We missed you. As great as it is to be on that stage in any capacity, YOU the fans make it special. You are part of the show and a big part of it. As this show was being filmed live, almost 100,000 eyes were on us in various forms around the world in front of TVs and computers alike. But you were not in the room with us.
We played as good as we could in front of those 1700 cardboard cut outs of your faces and tried to imagine you there. For split seconds I would catch a glimpse of the room and it almost felt normal. Then the song would end and there would be dead silence. Only the footsteps of our crew could be heard. With all of that said, this DVD is a snapshot of a concert performance within the confines a vast sea change of the world. A world that had temporarily deemed us unnecessary. Nobody knows when I will ever get back to this stage in front of a full house again, but I sure do know that I do love it and miss you greatly. This show counts as a 1/2.

The band Moon Kissed prides itself on joyful, high energy performances, and they certainly didn’t miss the mark when it came to their newest single. “Clubbing in Your Bedroom” embodies self-expression and creating your own fun in the midst of a pandemic, rather than the wallowing and unengaged attitude many express during this time.

“’Clubbing In Your Bedroom,” is an invitation to get dressed up for no one and nothing and to move your body in order to heal. The song was written in an attempt for salvation and levity amidst pandemic despair. We miss playing live, we miss our friends, we miss touch. But, “Clubbing In Your Bedroom” celebrates the fact that we still have the power and ability to let it all go, even for just one song, and we can and should dance in our bedrooms and be free for a brief moment in time.”
Khaya, on the new single
Written and produced by Khaya Cohen and Emily Sgouros, “Clubbing in Your Bedroom” followed a dynamic late-night clubbing session in Emily’s bedroom. Mixed and mastered by Justin Dan Ver Volgen, the song encourages honest self-expression, encouraging “weirdness.”
Moon Kissed met each other at a party on New Year’s, 2019, and quickly connected, making their debut with I Met My Band at a New Year’s Eve Party. A catchy, synth-pop style was developed, taking influence from artists such as Charli XCX, Chairlift, and Grimes. Making a name for themselves through energetic, often sweat-inducing live performances, the group sets out to capture the moment between themselves and the audience, emphasizing the magic of being in the moment.
Capital Repertory Theatre has completed renovations after a recent move to Albany. Founded in 1981 and first operating at 111 N. Pearl St., a former Grand Cash Market, theRep’s prior location housed performances for 39 years, ending the era on March 13, 2020 with a performance of “The Irish and How They Got That Way.”
With Maggie Mancinelli-Cahill as Producing Artistic Director since 1995, the theatre became fully affiliated with Proctors in 2013. theRep was a member of the League of Resident Theatres, under its contracts and regulations.
The new and renovated relocation now sits in the traditional lands of the Mohawk and Mohican people, taking over what formally was a St. Joseph’s Church. The new location has a capacity of 302 occupants, rather than a limit of 286 at the former location. Only half a mile from the old venue, the new building serves as a step-up for the theatre, expanding on everything to be desired at the old location.
The $14 million project couldn’t have been done without the donations and support garnered through loving fans of the venue, and with increased seating and other new luxuries, the venue will surely repay the favor.
You can view even more of the Capital Repertory Theatre renovations with a sneak peek and stay updated on upcoming shows at their website. If you’ve ever visited the previous venue or are looking for shows in Albany, we recommend staying in the know by signing up to the Proctors Collaborative newsletter.
New York City-based singer-songwriter Amsi releases the second single of 2021 today, “Cry” being an outlet for listeners to be vulnerable and express their grief on matters pandemic and beyond. The artist prides herself on her culturally diverse background and unique sound, whilst also addressing experiences that are all too universal and relatable.
There were many instances where I was told I was too sensitive or too emotional, but now especially in this past year, I realized that crying doesn’t mean I am weak, it means that I am processing & growing. I hope people find comfort in knowing that it’s okay to cry too.

On February 26th, Brooklyn-based pop artist Love Lola Love dropped a vibrant new single, “How I Do It,” hoping to capture the feeling of self-love in musical form. Described as “straddling the line between brat pop and swagger,” Love Lola Love carries an anti-pop sound that hopes to squash previous misconceptions about the pop genre.
Anyone who’s lived in NYC knows how tough it can be. I def have had a love/hate relationship with it. This song was inspired by Lizzo’s ‘Good As Hell’ which is one of my fav self-love anthems. Living loud with absolutely zero fucks.

Alongside Lizzo, some of her musical influences include Charli XCX and Gwen Stefani. Music of hers has landed spots in an Old Navy commercial and a Chanel commercial, the newest addition being “How I Do It” in a Samsung commercial.

L’FREAQ has returned after a two-year absence to share her newest single, “Make Me Move.” Described as having a “sexy, neo-goth, synth pop sound,” the track features an intimate look into the hardships of a long distance relationship in the midst of quarantine. The artist sets aside vulnerability to express an experience that most, if not all of us, can relate to, after a year since the quarantine began.

More commonly known under the alias L’FREAQ, Brooklyn and LA-based singer/songwriter Lea Cappelli has caught the eye of many with her gothic and soulful presence, alongside an impressive vocal range and a talent for writing lyrics that strike a chord, attracting an inclusive and diverse audience.
I wrote this song before quarantine about deep yearning for my long-distance partner. It was my challenge to strip everything away to primal instincts. When quarantine hit, it forbid us from seeing each other and the relationship ended, causing a spiral into craving and a deep dive into intimate voicemails that have been sampled on the song.

Some highlights of her career include a private performance for Muhammad Ali, sharing the stage with Jakob Dylan, and performing alongside Grammy-awarded artist India.Arie. Recently voted “NYC’s Favorite Emerging Artist” in a poll sponsored by The Deli Magazine, she pays homage to her Brooklyn roots. She cites her love of music as being nourished by her artistic mother from a young age, growing up in a music studio in the midst of the punk scene of NYC.
